In our Teaching projects, volunteers collaborate with local educators as assistants, providing instruction to students in primary schools, high schools, or even at the university level. As part of our long-term development objectives, volunteers contribute to enhancing the learning environments for students worldwide. Resources can vary across our destinations, and classrooms are often overcrowded. Your assistance is immensely valuable, particularly in offering students essential individual attention to support their studies.

It's not necessary to be a certified teacher or hold a TEFL qualification to volunteer on our Teaching projects, and you don't need to be fluent in the local language either. Our Teaching program is open to all volunteers, whether you're on a gap year, in university, or seeking a career break. We simply require a good standard of spoken English.

Subjects You Can Teach

Volunteers have several options for teaching abroad:

In addition to these subjects, volunteers often find themselves assisting with other curriculum areas and organizing extracurricular activities such as arts or sports. If you possess special interests or skills, please inform us when you apply. We will make an effort to place you in a school where your talents can be put to excellent use. If you are more interested in coaching children than working within a traditional classroom setting, we can explore opportunities in that direction as well.
